I'm Nick, a User Researcher & Designer.

I lead User Research and Product Design at PYRAMID, working on products that support member onboarding, in-club experiences, and hybrid fitness services. My work involves wearing a variety of hats to help others build harmonious passions around their health.

My previous UX work involved consulting in education, real estate, and ecommerce companies to understand their users and to build products that align with their cognitive models.

My background is at the intersection of Psychology and Computer Science. I studied Psychology at Lafayette College, hacking together an HCI-focused curriculum to build my foundations in research design, analysis, and applied psychology. I arrived at UX by way of small, native iOS development in my teenage years, where I discovered the Human Interface Guidelines.
